My Spot Lifter Cordless machine seems to have reduced suction. What can I do to remedy this situation?

Answer: Please try the following suggestions: - Make sure the Collection Tank is empty. -Check Collection Tank Drain Plug to ensure it fits snugly into the Collection Tank and is in the "Closed" position. -Make sure the batteries are fully charged. If the machine is still not functioning properly, please contact BISSELL Consumer Services for additional assistance at 1-800-237-7691 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. or Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET or click the Email tab at the top of this page.
