  • What’s changed with the Rewards Program?

    As of November 2009, we’ve made a few changes in direct response to your feedback. We hope it’s now easier to earn points when you register BISSELL products – we’ve eliminated the requirement for a UPC code. Instead, we’ll now ask for a model number and serial number. Find instructions for locating these numbers on your products in the last 2 FAQs below.

    Earn points by creating profile for yourself, purchasing products on bissell.com, or registering BISSELL products that were purchased from other stores or websites.

  • What is the Rewards Program?

    The Rewards Program provides an opportunity for BISSELL to thank YOU, our loyal consumer, for using the BISSELL web site and purchasing the BEST floorcare products ever.

    You may join the BISSELL We Mean Clean Community here

    When you make purchases either online at BISSELL.com or at local retail stores, you can register your product information to earn reward points. Register products on the Product Registration page. Purchases made up to 90 days before enrolling in the program can be counted towards the Rewards Program.

    These accumulated points will rank you in a specific tier. Each tier has different benefits, discounts and special offers.

    The Program is available to any individual who has enrolled in the BISSELL We Mean Clean Community and accepted the associated Membership Terms.
  • How can I earn Rewards Points?

    1.  Purchase and register BISSELL products

    2.  Take part in BISSELL research projects on and offline.

    3.  Complete your We Mean Clean personal profile.

  • What do I do with these Rewards Points?

    Your Rewards Points will automatically qualify you for a specific tier of benefits on BISSELL.com.

    Benefits vary based on your tier, but may include: monthly email newsletters, research project participation opportunities, discounts on BISSELL.com purchase, a free coupon, and free shipping on BISSELL.com.

    If you are to receive FREE products or gifts on your established level, this will all be done automatically. You do not need to request them.

    If there is any discount or Free Shipping and Handling on your established level, this will be reflected on your NEXT bissell.com order.

    Reward Points are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.  The sale or barter of Reward Points, except by BISSELL, is expressly prohibited.  Any Reward Points found to have been disposed of or obtained through sale or barter will be deemed void.  Other exclusions and limitations may apply and will be listed on the BISSELL web site.

  • How do I enter new purchases in the Rewards Program?

    As a member of this program, you can receive Reward Points for BISSELL products purchased within the last 90 days from BISSELL.com, local or online retailers.

    You may log in to enter the model number and serial numbers to earn your Rewards Points.

  • How do I review a summary of my Reward Points?

    To view your personal Reward Points level, click here
  • How long do the Reward Points remain on my account?

    Reward Points remain on your account indefinitely.
  • What happens to my Reward Points if I have a new email address?

    If you need to change the email address on your account, please click here. Edit your email address under the Account Information section.  All Reward Points and additional information will now be stored under the new email address. Reward Points cannot be transferred or combined with any other Member's account.
  • Where can I find the Serial Number required to earn Reward Points?

    The serial number is located on the white motor rating label on the back or bottom of the machine.

    Vacuums: On the left corner of the white label on the lower back of the vacuum.

    Deep Cleaners: On the corner of the white label on the underside of the product.

    Chemicals: On the bottom of the bottle.

    Replacement Parts: Please enter "1111" for the Serial Number.

     

  • Where do I find the product model number for my Reward Points?

    The model number is located on the white motor rating label on the back or bottom of the machine.
